Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations or alterations are subjected to the following conditions:

• Cancellation before 14 February 2026 is refundable but subjected to a 50% Cancellation fees.

• Starting from 15 February 2026 Congress fees , Workshops and hotel fees are non refundable

• Registration fees may be transferred to another attendee; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s status. ( Deadline for registration substitution is 15 February 2026 )

– Hotel Reservation is non-refundable after 15 February 2026 ( Due to High demands for the available rooms in the hotel during that time of year)
